Well, where to start… I’m an experienced HR professional with more than 20 years working in senior functional roles and within senior leadership teams.
A founding shareholder at Bureau, I enjoy a mix of HR Consulting work and managing recruitment assignments related to HR plus a broad range of Senior Leadership roles.
With another hat on, I lead our partnership with Directioneering, managing the delivery of Career Transition Services for candidates who have been affected by restructuring. And you’ll also find me lending support, guidance, coaching and mentoring to the team here at Bureau, particularly our newer Partners. Although I’m not sure which hat I’m wearing at any given time, I do love the variety that comes with this broad portfolio.
If I’ve learnt anything about myself as I’ve matured, it is that time away from work, is key to a balanced and productive me. In my case, that balance is found in the form of travel, golf (let’s face it sport in general), wine, food, family and friends. When the stars align and I get to combine my hobbies with my work, I am in my element.
