After spending 9 years in Banking working in several roles from Personal Banker through to Branch Manager and Team Manager within a contact centre I took the leap into business ownership with a couple of Mexican franchises in Auckland in 2019 before joining the awesome team at Bureau in 2022.
I have a unique lens in understanding what makes people tick and what environments they will thrive in through my leadership experience and running big teams in the Bank and my own businesses. As a business owner I understand what it's like facing hiring shortages and the costly mistake of taking on the wrong person!
My ethos is all about relationships and giving an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers alike with the aim of surprising and delighting.
I specialise in temporary and permanent Accounting and Finance roles covering CA Practice and Accounting Support roles across all industries. I also recruit HR and Learning & Development roles supporting Donna Miller.
Outside of the office you'll find me spending time with my husband and two kids, enjoying live music, cooking (although not always successfully!) and supporting the Chiefs rugby team.
